I had same problem with my apollo tyres which came with my i20. I have changed my tyres twice during last six months. Very cheap tyres....go for bridgestone...

They took the money for one year (12 months) mega package in advance and then disconnected my service after 8 months for low balance. It seems the dealer took the money and now they told me to chase the dealer.
