I was looking for one DTH connections for my house and after long discussion with my family and collogues I finalized Airtel DTH connection coz I got good feedback. I applied online and paid with my card of amount INR 1590. Your online support team member Mr.Shahzad(very nice person) help me out regarding online payment, channel list and other detail. On 6th September the day I made payment he almost called me around 15 times coz there was some payment error. Around 7 pm everything got cleared. Then he told me by 7th evening it get installed.
On 7th around 8 pm somebody called me and told me it was raining that’s why he cannot come today but u need to believe me there was no raining from afternoon till whole night. I said ok no problem.
On 8th around 1 pm two people from Airtel showed up they said they came for installation first of all they don’t know how to talk, they talked really in very bad language. Then they said I need to pay for wire. But when I booked online it said installation is free. Then I really did not understand why they ask for money.
I have no issues in paying the money but then why am I been forced to pay for that.
I had been great Fan of Airtel as a brand and was unofficial Brand ambassador by promoting your product to my peeps, family members and colleagues.
But this unsatisfying product support has disheartened me to the core.
Once the sale is done'the customer and seller become unknown to each other' I do not think this is the policy which Apple as a brand knows and I know it for sure from my past experiences and by watching the popularity of the company.
I request you to please refund my money back .
