Please approach to IRDA ombudsmen along with the evidence. there are more changes of getting the refund of the Premium paid. in the similar case of mine received refund 100% from Reliance Nippon only after interference from IRDA Ombudsmen

Yes this is the same case which happened me as well. frauds from IIFL in association with Reliance Nippon given the factious income and lots of other benefit like. Cash Back, Credit Card Interest re payment, GST Refund bla bla bla only to lure to buy the insurance. once the insurance brought, t...hey make sure you pass the 30 days free look period so that, you cannot cancel the policy and there is no correlation b/w the benifit explained and the actual return. In my case after lots of struggle i have approached the IRDA ombudsmen and got entire money refund. however, i have lost almost 15k towards credit card interest and processing fees.Read More

Sathya Narayana N, Thanks for your review.. As daid tvs truly rocks , and your revies clearly showing that u don't have any idea about the bikes i doubt. Because i have used so many bikes before skiping to this bloody tvs i fell becuase showroom plople mis guiadence of his millage and his style . Bu...t before to this i was having discover 125 which was very smooth, and of course i was getting around 45 km but others are getting more than 55 and its preice is alos in between 50,000/- and its spare parts and its accessories quaility its simply fantastic where we cannot campare with the tvs . I completer agree with your view and exprience u had with bloody falme, Since i m also one of the victim of the same, being broung the flame since day one i m facing the problem like u are facing but till now no body came to business for tackle the same. As u said that u r bike is also stop...ping in the middle of road becuase i have also expereinced this kind of embarassing situation no. times . If u r bike wont start on the middle kindly open the fuel cap immedately and close it then u r bike will start . because of their automatic fuel technology the air is getting blocked in the fuel tank and it not allow the fuel to pass to the engine. but remaining all the problem we have to face because there is no other go And its wirst ever bike we saw from cheep TVS CompanyRead More

I agree with your statement but, i think u have not driven TVS Flame, so far, as it is really pian ful for me to explain that, as i have paid Rs. 55000/- for this so called trusted bike as per your comments . But, u can also compare these bike to others like bajaj or Hero Honda a...s you said Bajaj and Hero Honda are survived because of its brand name It could not be acceptable not only by me. They have survived and they are on the top of the list bcause of their Qulaity along with their brand name. Dear Damodaran, there is nothing to explain the only thing i can say that TVS was exist only because of the technology & qualiyty by Suzuki and people trustred because of that. And TVS is 0 without Suzuki and yet again flow show by tve through Flame and we paid the price for the same. That's all.

Hi Raghu, I completely agree with your problem facing through flame ? an i am also one of the victim of the flame and i really felt very bad when i discovered the the lots of probles with that , as you said the IMI works as crazy and and there is no match between the milage we are getting and it s s...howing in the IMI and vehile start vibrating when it crosses 50 kmph and i took this bike by selling by disco for very cheaper rate and attracted by his design and milage but later on i come to know that i have made a big mistake in my life for having brougnt flame. TVS really uses very third class accessories like switch etc. The pause swicth is really waste becuse when the headlight is on we cant make dim and dip in that its really looks foolish from the disigner and R& D buggers whoever made this desigh and the vechicle really sucks and i recommend all the buyers to please dont go for flame by disco 125 with the same priceRead More
