Dear you are lucky as you atleast received storecredits.. I am unlucky one as they refused to even refund me!! I am very upset about their behaviour.. few days back I was praising Americanswan but now my view about them is completely opposite. I have purchased lot many clothes of Americanswan.. from... flipkart once and then from their site itself.. recently I had to return the products back to the company as one of them was not of appropriate size and the other one was not a good material and was damaged too.. I expected a very good service from them.. so I returned without giving any second thought.. When I tracked the order, it mentioned it was delivered to them.. I tried to call Americanswan a number of times for past 4-5 days.. but always there was one reply :'All customercare reprs. are busy at the moment, we will call back!!''.. And no body ever called back.. I sent them a number of emails mentioning my query.. but nobody ever responded back.. I again started calling them.. kept calling continuously .. and finally a customer care representative picked up the call.. He said, the company received only one product. in their warehouse.. He said,he will check with the warehouse person and respond back within next 24 hours.. I have been waiting for their call.. but nobody called back! CHEATS!!!!!!.. Above proves their main motto is to make money and loot the poor customers.. I am for sure not going to make anymore purchases from them! NOR will my friends or colleagues! I returned the products back to Americanswan because they were not of appropriate size. I returned by Bluedart, however, these people said they did not receive the products. When I tracked the order, it showed it was already delivered.. But Americanswan refused to refund me! They also seem to have b...arred my phone number as whenever I try to call them they say one thing always!.. 'All customer representatives are busy at the moment, kindly hang up we will call back!'.. They dont even respond to my emails.. SAME EXACT THING happened with me! They did not deliver the item in last 2 months and now they are saying we had confirmed that the item was delivered. FRAUDSTERS!!! You are lucky as the item was atleast delivered. We have not even received the item now even after 3 months of making the purchase and are told that we confirmed about the item delivery(which we din't). They have eaten away the money paid and the item too! Really a bad experience! Will never ever ma...ke any further purchases from their site!!Read More

I faced the same thing! They are frauds! we purchased an item in mid-january and the item has still not been delivered. and now they have started saying that we have confirmed that the item was delivered. Liers!! Now they do not want to refund our money! They seem to have gained lot of experience in... looting off innocent people like us. I dont understand why is it still surviving! we should beware other customers from purchasing any product from their site. I am sure there no customer would have turned up for a second purchase as they seem to have cheated each one of us (first time purchasers from pepperfry) and all the customers still making purchasers are the first time and last time purchasers!Read More

Pepperfry looted us! they ate our money and did not deliver the item too. we made a -first time ever purchase from their site in around mid-january. we were told the item would be delivered in some 7 days as it ws a canvas-kinda wardrobe(cup-board). we waited, waited for 7 days and even 15 days. the...n we contacted them, they said the item was on way. we waited for a day or two. we then contacted bluedart, and we were told the item is kept in the bluedart hub(source point itself) and the delivery's kept on hold due to some paper-work. we contacted pepperfry and updated them about our item status(duffers! they should have kept an eye on delivery status). they asked for our id-details, which we gave them and were assured of the item delivery within next 3-4 days. by this time it was mid month-2, but we kept hope and waited for some 7 days. the item was still undelivered. We instead of contacting pepperfry, contacted bluedart to get update on delivery. We were told, the item has not even been shipped!(We were shocked!) We contacted pepperfry and complained about it. We were again assured and told that some zohair will call us giving us update on this. This guy called us and started playing with words, said we are trying, be rest assured, sorry for the inconvenience caused, and blah blah blah!! but there was no hint of commitment towards our item delivery! now when i am writing this comment here, i checked with pepperfry again(as the item has still not been delivered!) and was told that we confirmed that the item was already delivered so we have closed the query!.. 'What the hell!'' they did not see the number of times we contacted them requesting them to deliver our item and the patience we kept so far. and have started making false statements that we have confirmed delivery.
