This issue has NOT been resolved. Naaptol has shipped an inferior product compared with the one I had ordered. It will be resolved when I'm shipped the product that I had ordered and Naaptol gives me no guarantee that they will do so when I send back the faulty shipment, they only talk about ref...unding the money. They must either ship the correct (or a better) product or refund WITH INTEREST / DAMAGES the money they've blocked for so long. I don't see any other way this issue can be resolved.Read More

NEVER EVER use where it rains!!

Take a look at the package they offer and you'll definitely fall for it. CAREFUL! All that seems well is not well.
