I had a really bad experience with https://naaptol.com the very first time I purchased with them.
I had ordered "KENKO 10x25 DH Binoculars" on 22 Aug 2012. However what I've received after 8 days on 30 Aug 2012 is "KENKO 10x25 DHSG Binoculars". Yes, Naaptol service is at snail's pace. Anyway, but you can see there is difference between the two products, please note I ordered the "DH" variant, not "DHSG".

Hope you can make out the difference in the products. On contacting your customer care, I was first told the product I've received was the offer product and my main product is yet to be received. After a brief discussion as to when I'll receive my original/main product I was told the two products are the same and that the shipment is correct.
On insisting that it is NOT the same product I was put on hold indefinitely, obviously to ignore my issues and consequences.
I had to call a number of times before I could connect with the customer service executive again. At least the second time he heard my queries and promised to give a call back within a couple of days.
But soon after I received a mail from naaptol support saying my complaint will be reviewed in 5-7 days(I believe this whole thing is going to take ages now)
