i have 2 Hitachi ac ,the 1.2 t water was leaking ,and running from pillar to post to get technician almost 2 weeks ,only promise no visit. Couple of months back the out door unit,the Squril bit and damaged,surprised why the are using plastic cover, I find other comp use metal.
