Hi, I think most states resort to power cuts during summer, only the number of hours differ. We at Tamilnadu, city suburbs face a cut of 2/3 hrs per-day. Normally the cut happens in the afternoon. All we need at least fans running to beat the heat I bought Whirlpool Inverter 800 Model with Cheetah battery. I must say both have worked with out any problem in the last 1 and half years. Once one of the LED was not lighting properly and on call the whirlpool engineer came immediately and attended it.
The speed of service was very good.Whirlpool follows a system of service call tracking, when you register a call the give you the complaint number and also a secret code that you need to give to the technician if he completes the job Satisfactorily. This creates accountability on the part of the technicians.
I find Whirlpool is very responsive and worth looking for the white goods.
