Hello!
Your Friend's Message :
review on the subject is biased @ 90% and 10% can be agreed. That too it is not the 100% fault of the rly. staff. Passenger taking tickets must be dutyfull to take back his dues, if any, rightfullybefore leaving the counter. This happens not only in rly., but it a...lso happens in all other counters like cinema hall, bus, shops, exhibition ticket counters, cricket game stadium ticket counters etc. we must keep one thing in mind that Rly.s is composed of about 16 lakhs of rail personnel out of which 100% staff can't be honest. They are also from the same society as you are from, may also be your brother, sister and any relative or neighbour. We must ask ourselves first how much we are honest to our duties in our working place, home and in the public places.
