I saw your review very late, and went thru the comments as well. I agree with you on most of the things mentioned for performance and yet I can understand why Dinesh has used such hard words. The bike could have been much better with some attention to quality of the core parts and I know few peopl...e who frequently had problems with their clutch plates and even with the block and piston or gear boxes.. Anyway, the reason I am writing this comment so late is because of your mention of 5th gear for this bike- have you seen the Bajaj Prowler? In fact I did not buy KB125 for this one reason- lack of overdrive. I was working with Bajaj then and I saw the Prowler. I got one for myself even though Bajaj did not officially launch it due to a shift of focus to 4 strokes and lack of production facilities to spare for this model. Prowler is KB125 engine mounted on a Caliber body (with different-and better- graphics), has-yes- five gears and front disk breaks, silencer with catalytic converter and Caliber Chroma style headlamp assembly. I have been using it for 6 plus years now and I did not spend anything on major spares. However I feel the need to replace the block-piston now since it is ruined by my folks- running the bike without 2T oil when I was in the US for 2 years. I have tested the bike with RX100 as well as 135 and it always did better- much better. The bike responds to all the demands you make and is wonderfully comfortable for longer rides. I have done Pune to Jalgaon (~380kms) with couple of short breaks and had no any pain or discomfort. Well, there are few pieces on the road and if you come across any, try and get a ride for yourself. UnmehRead More

That sounds like a good solution, but can you explain more about 'spacing the front speaker'. I mean what actually they did, since I think the space provided is pretty much fixed and you can not move the speaker around.

Yes, need to downshift from 3 to 2, especially with AC on. But the frequency is not very high and it happens typically when its bumper to bumper- when it goes below 20. Couple of times, took off in 3rd itself, forgetting to change gear on a signal and then you dont have time to change it to I or II.... And yes, Esteem engine is very very good one.Read More

A very genuine review, despite the repetition of few or more points. Yes, SRK plays only SRK in all the movies recently, no matter what they call him on screen. He has changed only the get-up in Veer Zaara and nothing else. He is a guy who is in love with himself, he wants all the screen presence... and will work with only those who make it possible. He is off screen hardly for a few minutes in his movies and overshadows rest of the cast. You recall all the Aamir movies and you remember most of the cast- even the supporting or minor characters, their moments and dialogues. Aamir makes his presence felt without dominating others. He had few wrong decisions (Like Mangal Pande that costed him and us very valuable 2 years of his career.) and few bad performances as well. But SRK's consistency with mediocre performances is amazing. If the question is of acting skills; they are not even in the same league to be compared. If you are asking who is the BIGGER STAR, unfortunately, it's SRK. Read More

I got my Swift VXi delivered 4 days before the expected delivery date of 6th June. It was in the very first lot. I wanted to write a review all this while but waited to judge the car better. After 6 months and 7k kms, and two long trips, I guess its time I share my experience with others. In one...Read more

True Sanjeev, he did not work in Godfather, I said 'The Godfather Part II' where Bob's role is a highlight, as young Vito Corleone- he WON 1975 Oscar for 'Best Actor in a Supporting Role' (and he was not rpesent to accept the same). Please tell me about the 'missed some'; will be glad to get tho...se movies. (I listed only movies I have seen and liked the performance by particular actor in each movie). Thanks anyway!! Pl keep in touch to discuss about movies-anytime. Regards, URead More

All praise for this restaurant is true, they do serve great food in good ambience, very promptly and all that. But we did one mistake, ordering something that was not on the menu, but was adviced by the waiter. We ordered one chicken dish and I was looking for a good sea food dish and the wai...Read more
