I am not sure whether your review actually gives any additional information from a personal perspective. What it does is to reproduce information on the specifications which could be had from the manufacturer's own website. I am sure it would do wonders if you could share a little of your own th...oughts and experiences on how you felt riding the bike within city limits and without in hot summer days with rush hour traffic breathing down your neck while you truddle along like I do at not more than 45 Km/hr at best.Read More

The reason I found your review 'Somewhat Useful' is because I genuinely like the make and model. Anything else, your review would have not even made it past the lowest rating that can be given on reviews. Having said so, I must admit that it escaped my attention that the bike had a whopping 1500C...C engine! Translated into 4-wheeler engine nomenclature (or even for Harleys, Yamahas, Suzukis, Hondas, Kawasakis, Ducatis, KTMs, etc.), this would mean that the Xtreme Sports has a 1.5L engine. That is, 10 times the advertised engine capacity! Trust me, Hero would have had its hands full had the public made aware that it was getting 10 times the value of the purchase price! Would I ever recommend this bike even if it hadn't a 1500cc engine (and only had the engine that Hero really meant and produces for it)? Certainly, I would. A great bargain. And a decent enough sports commuter at any rate.Read More

As a daily user of a Samsung Galaxy J7, I am inclined to agree with some of your views, but not all. It does have a superb battery performance. But its cameras - both front and rear - are exceptional, too. Some of the other high-end phones that I have come across pale in comparison. I agree that ...the speaker volume is no great shakes. Then again, if I would like to use this as a portable stereo, I would rather use a JBL bluetooth speaker or such like; or even a decent pair of earphones - which I normally do. A higher Android OS version number does not necessarily translate to better performance. Given that the differences between the Lollipop and Marshmallow versions may only be appreciated by a connoisseur or a programmer of Android devices, the average user, like me, is better off using a stable Android OS version that powers a robust Samsung interface. Resolution, as you pointed out, of this device is exceptional. In fact, I have to keep the brightness down in order to appreciate it better. In the outdoors trying to figure out what's on the display? No problem at all. The brightness and resolution are more than sufficient. I did not experience any lag playing high end games. I do not know what high end games you have played on this phone. But anything higher than Asphalt racing, EA FIFA or such like, or even Temple Run franchise runs just as well. Anything higher - you probably should not even look at phones in this budget. The RAM sported by Samsung phones may be quantitatively lower than most others in the market. But the quality more than makes up for it. Having used phones ranging from Micromax to Microsoft, HTC to Apple, I can vouchsafe for Samsung Galaxy series. At least a large number of them. Sure there can be a great many exceptions. But the percentages reveal that Samsung Galaxy phones offer superior memory performance even with slightly lower amount of RAM. Would I want to suggest a phone only because it has better specs? Not ever.Read More

I am not sure whether I want to participate in any race - impromptu or otherwise, anywhere with this bike. Not that I am afraid of losing. But I do consider races which are 'loose'. That way no feelings are hurt and I get to ride back home comfortably! The mileage is phenomenal. In fact, I know n...ot of any other bike in its class which does return anywhere close to the average fuel consumption figures that I get; considering that I frequent the 2nd and 3rd gears 80-90% of the time. Coded key? That is interesting! This, I need to check with my dealer. Honestly, I do not whether it exists or works as intended. I had been hearing rumours; but nothing concrete.Read More

My experience is remarkably that of your own. Although mine is yet to cross any number of significant kilometers, the fuel figures have kept surprising me. For a bike of its class and power, it is remarkably thrifty when it comes to gulping down unleaded petrol. When one factors in the lower gears t...hat I normally inhabit instead of whizzing past other rides at 4th or the 5 gear, mileage returned seems extraordinary indeed.Read More

Admittedly, the gearbox is not smooth as one would have expected. One has to wriggle through the gears, depress the clutch lever a few times, and regulate the throttle to bring the vehicle to neutral. Having said so, however, the bike feels solid and remarkably planted at high speeds. I am a defe...nsive rider. In other words, I rarely speed in excess of 50 Km/Hr. Even then, the bike surprises me by picking up speed in seconds with the slightest twitch of the accelerator.Read More

As a proud owner of a Tata Nano 2010 model, my 6 year old daughter, my wife and my relatives, would like to take this opportunity of making a humble suggestion to sell off your Tata Nano as soon as possible and invest your hard-earned money in buying a car valued not less than 10 times the price you... paid for to buy this car.Read More

I am sure you are a driver with considerable experience. However, from the photos that you have posted of your damaged car's front right end, it would so appear that it would have been best if you had kept your car well below the average speed limit to assess the length and braking distance of your ...brand new vehicle. In my opinion - which I can assure you is considerable to the point of extreme, a good number of cars are damaged in this manner because we do not err on the side of caution. Tata Nano cars have tremendous acceleration and matching braking capabilities given the fact that these are equipped with drum brakes. Save and except for the base / standard model, the other models come equipped with factory fitted vacuum-assisted booster brakes. These are extremely potent and probably as good as disc brakes under normal circumstances. The accident that the car seems to have been in, is neither small nor trivial. In fact, had it not been for the monocoque egg-shell shaped design, you might have been more seriously injured. This is a lesson for us in how to be safe no matter what the car we drive.Read More

Quite frankly speaking, you should not have purchased an Ignitor if you ride hard at speeds reaching or exceeding 109 Km/Hr. From what one can deduce from your essay, you seem to stick at those speeds more or less every time. To bring your bike to a safe halt from 100 Km/Hr, you would not need d...isc brakes. A suitably maintained drum brake would do. But that said, you are consistently riding your bike at its red-lined RPM band. Of course, the engine would sound noisy if you are going to press it ever so closer to the point where it is not designed to operate almost as a matter of your riding style. Next time, if your budget permits, seek out a Yamaha R15. Even the older version 1 of R15 would be sufficient to meet your idea of taking your ride to speeds above 100. The fuel gauge does not misguide you. It has been there to serve as an approximate indication of how much fuel could be left. Given the scores of bumps, hurdles, puddles and other solid matter that you could be speeding over, it is surprising that your bike's fuel gauge can give off any approximate reading at all. Your were best advised about fully depressing the clutch lever fully before changing gears. That said, you should get a feel of mileage figures returned in the bracket of 50-55 Kmpl at the very least.

Your review gives a sneak peak as to how you ride. You probably ride in higher gears. Meaning 4th or the 5th gear is what you love to stick to. That said, your bike should return at least 50 Kmpl plus economy figures, not less. The seat is exceptionally well suited for any style of riding. To add... cushioned covers would only help to ever so slightly distort the seating posture. As a rider who is used to travelling both short and long distances, I can state with an absolute degree of confidence that an Ignitor offers the widest rider seat possible in its class. Any wider, and one might begin to think of four-wheelers, not less. It is better than the stunner, no doubt. Save and except for the gearbox which engages a bit on the harsher side, and the ever so slight rougher-sounding note in the idle to lower RPM range, when compared to the Honda Stunner. Read More

The Hero Ignitor is not only one of the best buys for Youngistans, but also for any commuter who would like some spirited riding either within the city limits or without.

As an owner of an Ignitor which has travelled more than 12000 Kms. within 08 months in hot and dusty conditions on largely pot-holed stretches, I feel entitled to let you know of what I think the engine sound could be. Ask your Hero Motors authorized service station technicians to have a look at... your bike thoroughly. The suspected noise could come from the tappets of the engine. While you are at it, you might want to ask the authorized Hero Motors service technician to adjust the timing chain and the timing chain adjuster if required. Read More

Normally, I would have been very skeptical about negative reviews on Tata Nano. However, my own experiences somewhat corroborate your views. In my humble opinion, the car itself is fantastic. Yes, I would say fantastic. It performs as it was intended to do, and does that admirably well. The s...ervice part is, as you quite correctly pointed out, is where the good name of Tata has gone down so miserably. I must say you have been very patient. I am a staunch supporter of Tata Nano. But had it been me in your shoes, I would have seen it in no different way.Read More

No disrespect meant - but have you ever driven a car at speeds of 80 KmpH in driving rains? Apparently, you seem to have rammed into a post or something at around 40 KmpH. At 80 KmpH, any car would have its front end warped beyond recognition. It is surprising that you did not call up Tata Mo...tors toll free number, or the insurance company. Or have you? It is sad that a LX model has been wrecked. Unfortunately, you too have suffered. From your review, it sounds seems that the service centers have not been exactly providing the best of service. In my opinion you should write a letter to Tata Motors seeking explanation as to why a customer should endure a less than ideal treatment.Read More

11 Kms. per hour?!!! What kind of fuel economy are you talking about?? Your review is neither complete nor clear at all. May I humbly suggest that you present coherent facts about the model of the vehicle that you own, etc.

I am not sure whether one should even bother reading this. But someone who has the least bit conception about automobiles should stay away from this reviewer. Either he is extremely demented, or he is an ardent hater of anything resembling the Tata logo. In case of the latter, this would be acceptab...le.
