Oberoi Mall - Mumbai

New update from the GM of Oberoi mall....he says the cctv has not captured my movement in the mall...according to them they are not able to see me in the mall during the said, inspite of me giving them exact location and time...they are just clueless....i guess their security camers got off just at ...the very moment i entered the mall and were off everywhere i visited in mall.... Its really riduculous to know that their security is such alert....and effective...or i guess willingly they are not trying to put any effort to help consumers.... they agreed to show me footage but now they say since you are not visible, we wont show you the footage...what an excuse....guys i even send them the exact time when i swiped my card in starbuck for coffee.....but its very unfortunate that their cameras were not capturing me anywhere in the mall....even though the gate of starbuck is captured but they dont have footage of me entering into it.....i guess they just mean to say that my credit card itself walked into starbucks, ordered coffee, had it and then left paying the bill.....wow...thanks for the great help....Mr. Sachin (claims GM of Oberoi mall)... Now they say me to do police complaint...again the old track....idiotic it is...if you yourself would have deleted footage, what is police gonna see and find....a big applause for the security and management of oberoi mall.... My earlier review: It has been very sad experience dealing with Greendust for the first time itself. I had raised the issue for returning the product - DVD Player on the very same day (first week of December 2012) when delivered, but there was no revert for almost 1 month. Post calling 10 times... to the customer care it was answered and suggested to mark a mail based on which ticket i.e. 15072 was allotted. However post that also for almost 20-25 days no-one reverted. After escalating it for 4-5 times more, customer care bothered to finally revert. They promised one or the other thing and thereafter no services were provided. later on i told them that now i don’t need any repairs just wanted refund coz this whole exercise had taken almost 2 months. Luckily after 2-2.5 months, they responded on my several mails by a call. The person told that the refund process would be initiated and they would be sending a Demand Draft on my name within next 30 days. However, we are now sitting on 22nd March 2012, which is more than 60 days from the said day and still there is no process initiated. As per the feedback of their customer care recently, there is no query raised by me post getting the product and i never asked for refund or return of product.
