The company after my first review reacted promptly and within 2 days collected the defective product(Person Name - Mr. Ganesh from their Mahakali Caves office). They also did a promise of providing refund by way of Demand draft in 5 days but it is almost 14-15 days.
They had requested to remove this post, which I did not do. Hence because of this I guess they have delayed and not acting upon processing my request. It is just making fun of consumers.
Why should these kind of companies be allowed to do business. We should be debarring these kind of companies from e-commerce. As they just make false promises, deliver defective products and dont react to customer requests.
They have taken my money in first week of december and I had requested refund as well in the same week, still no refund also going through hassles as on every call to customer representative they seem to be absolutely clueless. Have to give whole story to every person whenever I call but no revert coming till now.
Now I need this company to refund my money along with interest from inception and also want compensation for the hassles and pain it is giving me since then.
