Actually I am not able to find the appropriate product - I bought a Sony NX5-40 LCD and BX3-26
I bought 2 Sony LCD TVs from SONY CENTER (franchisee: Dawars Open World) earlier last month.
I just wish to warn all prospective customers that the customer service and living up towhat DAWAR'S OPEN WORLD commits is not exactly their forte. Especially the one at MGF Plaza, Gurgaon (I dealt with 2 persons theire - Sagar & Jitendra). I feel they were most unprofessional in their approach, only bothered to take my money and nothing else. I suggest if you wish to buy a product, select another dealer than Dawar's Open World.
Also, I sent an email to Sony - I had the most cold and "non customer oriented" response from their Customer Service Department. Someone called Akshdeep spoke with me and she offered no resolution to my problem and instead told me to resolve it with the dealer. Then why brand the stores as SONY CENTER???
Just beware when dealing with them!!
