I have sent a number of complains to GM india they never care of a reply even forget about calling.KUN is a big dealer for them they will never ask them anything.So far I have paid for wiper blades as the rubber got damaged.,3 times fused lamps,de-carbonisation,clutch cable.All these costing me more... than Rs20,000/-.everytime KUN says it is not covered in cashless.They are the biggest cheat in hyderabad.All Hyderabadies pls be careful for this big cheat.Read More

My problem is identical and I furnish below my comments. I purchased an 1.5 ton window AC of Electrolux make for my 1500 cubic feet bed room. Electrolux brand is one of the worthless ACs I have ever come across in my life of using window AC of several makes for last 40 years. This Electrolux AC pu...rchased in March 2008 was fitted on the only window of the room having no walls exposed to sun any time during the day except the roof. All other opening around the window was blocked. The bed, cup-boards, study table etc constitute occupying to about 250 cubic feet meaning the effective volume is less than 1300 cubic feet. The room never attained 24 degree even after the compressor is running for 24 hours forget about 16 degrees that it has the provision.. It is just cooling like a 0.75 ton AC with a motor booting sound all through. On complain to the dealer, the ill equipped third party service mechanic from Tech Care sent by the dealer argued that the room needed a 2 Ton AC which is why it was not cooling. He was taking the plea of small openings of less than the size of some pin holes for the AC not giving the desired effect. The dealer named Next retail shop Begumpet, Hyderabad makes absurd stories to defend replacing the faulty product. The answer from the dealer is that if the AC does not trip at 24 set it to 16 degrees it will trip .How foolish the answer is? I recommend never never never never ever think of even buying this product from Noida/ Delhi based company who are well known in India for their cheating mentality.Read More
