Update: Since I am not sure I will get the refund, I was waiting for their delivery. And some one nice (named Minish Jha?) from Bangalore called me up thrice to tell me that he will personally take care of the delivery and installation. But, I was in for a very nasty surprise at the time of del...ivery. it seems the delivery is done by agents and not TataSky. So, Since I have purchased it from TataSky using credit card, they will not deliver the box unless I pay cash to them and cancel the original transaction. And, refund takes 3 weeks to a month processing time!! Life is Jhingalala, I dont have cable TV now and TataSky is playing games... though I am not having fun.Read More

I am having the same experience, seem my review on this. Waiting for 8 days now, one of the customer service guys told me that they are running short of hardware. They will refund only after 3-4 weeks of 'processing', if at all we get a refund. I am planning to cancel the order if I dont get any con...clusive reply from them by Tuesday and try giving a complaint to Consumer court - though it might take years to get a settlement, but at least that way I can register the protest.
