It was very bad service I got from tatasky. last sunday 27th july I applied for tatasky. according to the executive named "badri" it will reach me within 3 working days. I did not got it by wednesday eve and I called again. that time they told "sorry" it will reach tomorrow any how. thursday afternoon I called again the cusmomercare guy was tring to impress me but reason was not enough.
Then I had discussion with delivery dwpertment some executive"nagendra" he told "i promise by 24 hr it will reach. at 5 th working day friday afternoon I asked again anad they told "sorry" it will be delivered within tomorrow means saturday. now today I had discussion again . now telling saturday sunday is off. this is very terrific answer we got. why this people playing with money. 1500 non refundable. once take then forget . is it the policy of tatasky? now today 6th working day.
And excatly now I got another request number that they will see it in 48 hr. Means 9 day (not sure may be more). Means tuesday. funny cheating business. Beware never go for tatasky.
