It has been 15 days since the problem reported to Airtel customer care and I have placed numerous calls to the customer care to follow up on this issue, no luck so far in getting the service back up.

More or less the same situation with me too. I took the connection 2 weeks ago, the connection worked well for 2 days and since then following up and waiting on on pathetic Airtel 4G customer support to fix the issue.

Airtel 4G LTE support in Bangalore is highly unreliable and support is not dependable. Often the basic connectivity fails and the customer support does not provide any timely resolution.
