It's been more than 3 months now and still no resolution. The area head came and took a letter from me assuring me that he will escalate the issue but haven't heard from him again. Eureka Forbes is the most pathetic company on planet earth.

Still waiting to get a closure on my refund request complaint number 92891129. I got a few calls promising that I would get a refund but nothing has been done to resolve the complaint.
