I had the misfortune of buying Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV from Eureka Forbes on 8th Sep, 2015 from the sales guy Rakesh of Manikonda branch. At the time of purchase I was told that the water wastage will be in a 1:1 ratio since my TDS levels weren't so high. But after using it for a few days I realized that water waster is more than 25 liters for 7 liters of purified water.
So, I raised a complaint on 18th Sep that I am not satisfied with the product and would like to return it. My complaint number is 92891129. It's close to two months now and nothing has been done regarding the complaint. I made countless calls to the customer service and I get a standard response that they have escalated my complaint and I will surely be getting a call. I did get a call a few times and they again ask me what the problem is. After explaining the problem, I get another standard response that they will take care of it but nothing moves forward from there. Also when asked if I can speak to supervisor, they say they do not have such facility. And the sales team is full of cheaters. Once they get your money they do not care about you. I really regret my decision of buying this product from such a horrible company.
I am really amazed on how they are able to run a company with such pathetic service. How can a company take two months to even attend a complaint let alone solve it? Will recommend everyone I know against buying a Eureka Forbes product. Worst company ever.
