Pathetic customer service. They have an option (goes 1-1-3) on their toll free number...meant for general queries...which will always either not get responded or will go to a voicemail. I had booked a BLR-DLH flight, the amount got debited from my credit card account without a ticket being issued......after relentless trying someone asked me to mail them the details and they will get back in 15mins...(U guessed it right, their was no phone to come from their side...forget about apologies). Tried reaching them again and this time the service was even better...they simply said hello and disconnected the phone twice. No single ownership is there to resolve a issue...everytime someone new answers. I am definitely going to pursue it with ICICI to refund the transaction and would urge all to stay away from these crooks and unprofessional people.Read More

I am in Bangalore and the service here is as pathetic as mentioned. As an update, I finally got a call and a mail from TATA Indicom....Guess when and why? The first call came on the immediate next day of my posting my complaint on mouthshut.com. The customer care lady called from Hyderabad enquiri...ng if I had written that on mouthshut and I was more than pleased to accept the first recognition from the sleepy customer care. She apologised for the inconvinence and assured to send some Technical guys to rectify the issue. I informed that the its too late and the damage to the relationship beyond repair and as instructed in my mail to them (earlier) they should just collect there instruments and get lost. She apologised and assured that the instruments will be collected. Yesterday I got one more call from Tata Indicom - this time asking me why have I stopped payment to there cheque and that I should issue a new cheque to them - I said forget it and get lost. Today morning, I got a message from them (+919223055600) asking me to pay Rs 765 else disconnection. Hello, TATA INDICOM! Do you understand what business U r in and how to do it or atleast how to capture all complaint and feedbacks and assurances and mis-assurances exchanged between Ur customer care and customer. To help TATA Indicom in recollection of there memory....Till date I haven't accessed net at my home and I am very happy for you to disconnect....Go to hell...and don't expect even a penny from me for this service.Read More
