I opted to pay the premium on the aviva website through my visa debit card. Well Binayak25 I do not know about their customer service yet. My flash Tv is still working fine but yes a lot of companies do that- they are willing to give you free demo and offers etc. but once you purchase their stuff they treat don't give a d*mn. Poor business ethics one might say.
