I went to get a postpaid MTS connection at a MTS store in Gangtok, Sikkim. I was told the Mblaze ultra wifi postpaid connection would cost Rs 2600. I protested and said it's 1499. I was laughed at and told it's 2600.
I had a number of one Mr. Thakur from MTS which I had got when I faced similar issue before. He had told me I can call him if I face such an issue.
I called Mr. Thakur and told him they are charging me 2600. He asked me to speak with the agent there. Speaking to him she told him the post paid connection is out of stock and also that she had asked for 2600 for the prepaid.
Really?
Even prepaid is not 2600!
This is irritating. It's not like MTS is the only data service provider.
I have complaint about the MTS stor , overcharging so many times but it's sad to see that no action has been taken. I have sent numerous emails to both customer care and MTS Appellate, all in vain. One of it with Ref no. 276854.I even asked them if any action has been taken but instead they told me to buy the connection online. Ref no. 284379.
Poor customer service and customer relation.
Better avoid MTS and buy some other product which has a better customer service.
MTS is strictly NOT WORTH IT.
