1. No work life balance. 16 plus hours of work a day at the discretion of the company as per the letter of appointment.
2. Method of training is poor. Training environment and office room is poor. Common office room for all employees.
3. You are not allowed to express your ideas. The man...agement simply won’t allow you, so don’t bother. Try and see for yourself.
4. Taurus always has a negative balance sheet. The company has not grown since two years of its foundation! How can they help you grow? Just think about it. They cannot manage their assets well.
5. There is a bond for freshers, read your contract carefully before you ACCEPT. Most employees are trainees and they don’t know what’s going on. Only retired mentors to help you if they come.
6. They have not manufactured or assembled Aerospace components. Ask to see a Gas Turbine Engine or something. If they don’t then how can they be ultra cool? Poor Values and commitment to employees. You are just another fish in the sea.
7. Work work work is all you do and you do it on your own whether you know how to do it or not! or sit and wait for your mentor.
8. People think that Taurus has the worlds most advanced machinery but no they don’t they just have a few CNC machines and such, which even a ordinary carpentry shop owns to manufacture and carve doors!
9. Yes your mentors are learned, obviously since they are RETIRED HAL EMPLOYEES over 60yrs of age. So, whats the big deal? Try getting younger mentors to teach, who are in-line with the latest technology.
10. Poor working environment. No sanitary toilet amongst other things. If you have gotten your Bachelors degree or higher with 60% and above then you are competent enough to work in any industry let alone the Aerospace Industry. You do not need anyone to tell you whether you are competent or not. I work in the Aerospace industry and with good training in a structured company nothing becomes a challenge!Read More

Very useful review! I agree that there is no training provided. NO work/life balance. Nothing. You will regret if you join.

2) Yes we are frustrated, I agree! Ok, fine we know that no company will state the no of working hours (8) in the contract, but at the same ...time there is no company that will make you slog for 18hrs a day with no food! If you agree with these company policies, hey why don't you join the company nobody's stopping you fool! I have worked for Microsoft, Intel, Cisco and yea you are right there is no comparison!
3) The person did not say that she wants to go to SEE female colleagues,she would like to work with atleast some of them. Imagine working in a plant 3hrs away from your home commuting in a bus with 30 male employees while you are the only female employee. How does that sound too you? You must be a sexist. It is the company's problem, that the company does not want to admit. A good company is a company that is diverse and equal opportunity where they should reserve positions for females. THERE ARE NO TRAINING SESSIONS! THERE IS NO OFFICE AND NO COMPUTERS FOR YOU TO WORK WITH! JUST A PLANT WITH MACHINES, YOU HAVE TO STAND AND WORK FOR 18HRS A DAY! EMPLOYEES ARE FRUSTRATED! DO NOT JOIN!

In the above review the person states he has been with the company for several years, but the company was founded only 2yrs ago.There is no work/life balance. No employee Appreciation. Employees are paid a little more to make them stay with the company, but are fooled by working double hours a day. ...There are no benefits as stated by the above person, probably his previous company was useless too. The M.D. has no personality. There is no training provided. Work hours are long. No future growth. This company is not meant for the brightest candidates.
