Ask for a tour of the company on floor no. 1 where the Machines are during your interview and ask you see where your office space and cubicle with office computer will be.
You will not be given anything! Do not be fooled by the air conditioned conference room or upper management rooms on the top floors of the plant during shown during your interview this is not where you will be working during your job. You will be working down below with not even a fan or a computer in a choprapatti.
You will be working as a blue collar machinist/technician not as a white collar qualified engineer. You have graduated with first class from a top university, how can he call you not qualified?? He’s just stupid! Forget about Non-veg or Veg food discussion, there is no decent food provided at all! Ask to see the company’s cafeteria. You will find none.
Zero Training Provided, you will be asked to read and understand manufacturing drawings for 6 months as your job. Absolutely boring! Visit the companies Bathroom, you will find two one for the upper management that is locked and the other for slaves with no proper sanitation, no soap, no toilet paper, no dryer nothing. You can be infected with diseases! Yes, it’s that bad, why would I lie? Go check it out for your self. You are not allowed to carry your own cell phone into the plant.
You are locked in the plant by his security guards and forced to work for 18 hrs a day for 5 to 7 days a week depending on what they are trying to accomplish with no food just 1 cup rice served by security staff. Think about it what do I get if I try to spoil the company’s name or more like the truth? Nothing but helping prospective candidates decide their fate…..but what do you get for listing false positives? Maybe extra benefits, a bonus? Who knows…….just raman jeet’s strategy. This company is a joke! Do not join you will regret it!
