You are saying that product was out of stock. Then explain me why did you need 15 days to come to know that product is out of stock. As per product description it was to be dispatched in 1 day. So you should have known that product is out of stock on 1st day only. I contacted your customer care for ...many times but not once you said that product was out of stock. You just sent me mail of product cancellation after 15 days without even consulting with me first. You took my money (Rs. 64,000) and kept it with you for 15 days just for interest or whatever and returned it after 22 days. By looking at reviews on mouthShut.com for last few days it can be clearly observed that you did it with many other customers. I am not satisfied with just refund. You are clearly cheating customers with false advertisements for collecting money. If you want to resolve this issue, send me the product I had ordered.Read More

Small order took 1.5 weeks for just dispatch

Is it dispatched yet, snapdeal cancelled my order without even asking me after 15 days. I had made full payment. Snapdeal is just taking money and cancelling order after few days. I am now waiting for refund. Snapdeal will be out of business soon if they continue with these malpractices.

I will say you got lucky. I had ordered laptop from snapdeal and they cancelled order after 15 days saying that 'product is out of stock'. Can you believe that. Also mouth shut is not showing my and many other's bad reviews on front page even though my review is just 2 days old. Mouthshut is helping... snapdeal by hiding negative reviews.Read More

Even i found my self in same situation with snapdeal. snapdeal cancelled my order after 15 days saying product is out of stock. They took 15 days to come to know that product is out of stock. Even i was ready to wait but then also they cancelled my order. I had posted my review yesterday only . Even...
