When it comes to customer service, SBI credit card is horrendous to say the least. I am networking and collecting details from SBI card holders regarding the reward points. The experience of mine, redeeming the points in February and not getting the reward point gift in July, makes me feel it this r...eward points is absolutely bogus and a big scam.
