I bought an Akai DVD and a TV in return for my T.V and difference payment from the exclusive akai dealer at ahmedabad. after they were installed at home, he called up and said, tha my onida tv picture tube is weak and therefore I have to pay 1000 rupees more. I sent the money through my daughter which vishal received and gave no receipt for the same. we had seen only 3 movies on this dvd. anytime, you put a brand new branded cd it comes, error disc on the screen and no disc on the monitor. we called him in vain several times over phone. he told us to bring the dvd. I refused to do that. because, of my past experience of sweet talks - no action, I thought I will be fooled if I listen to him any more.
I insisted that it is his obligation to send a service engineer home which he never did. many discouraged me buying akai. I went against them. now my family members curse me for my poor judgement and a very poor decision. I have decided to forget the matter and have a good sleep
