the most funny part is that - from 2013 thay have been billing me every month even though i do not use - and now they send legal notice and call me on my other phones and tell me to settle it immediately or i will have to come to court ... NEVER EVER USE MTS

I have been a Platinum card member. When i joined I was given additional package of one time goa for 5 nights, and they promised me that its their own and no charges even for my kids (fine) they told me every year I need to pay Rs.3000/- as maintenance fee. which I pay every year in the month of Jan.... I was told to book the rooms 15 days in advance (OK) its printed in their document. but every time i call up for a booking (15 days in advance) they say sorry its full, and this year they told me why not take other dates, so for that sake i asked them to give me date for my family holiday (lol) they gave me during deevali time and told me that in goa i have to pay service charges of Rs.1500/- per day. finally till today NO Holidays for me - they eat my money plus every year I was a fool to pay the 3000 thinking at least this year they will give me a chance. this is the last year of 5 years package. I do not see any green pasture. but will try. I think i will have to become a gooda too to teach these types of looters a lesson. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OR JOIN CLUB ONE HOLIDAY.Read More

So, any company like MTS which uses the word ’Broadband’ in their products but does not provide the ’minimum’ speed of 512kbps is illegally duping it’s customers and govt should cancel their licenses and ban such companies from doing business.

what about the milage, one of my friend is happy with 30 km is it what you were promised when you purchased the bike - No Access 125 was promised with 60 km per liter, at least we should get 40 - 45 is it not fare - but do not say you are happy with 30, i get 33 and i am unhappy about it.
