May be there are pros but what about cons? Yes I had many positive experiences with Amazon shopping, but one recent shopping went very horrible, where only on follow up I came to know they did not deliver because the payment was not received (it was net-banking transaction) while it was debited i...n my account. The worst part is they sent a mail stating dispatch is delayed due to some challenges in get the inventory or so. After follow up simply they unilaterally cancelled the order and said it will be refunded to my account. Also the rep stated that they tried again @ 2 am - How can they retry an netbanking transaction? They need credentials right? Such issues can happen, but if Amazon is great with services they should have sent a mail stating the reason and requested to place another order, they have simply avoided further interactions and just cancelled the order Do you mean this is amazing service? Got a SMS that order is cancelled - Unilateral decision from their end. Asking me to check mail. The mail states that refund for processed successfully. Need to keep my fingers crossed - as first they said they did not receive payment - Now they say refund is processed - Too much of headache - No...t worth the trouble....Read More

If there are payment gateway glitches then they should be communicated properly to customer. Collecting 120 INR for 'GUARANTEED 11 am delivery' and no delivery even after two days frustrates. Only when I call up I get to know this. On follow now I get a mail stating that it will take 12 more h...ours or so for checking up. Well can't you have a system which alerts failed payments on two successive days? BTW the amount was debited in my account. Read More

Just 4 days of using the keyboard the keyboard battery indicator stopped glowing. Thinking that battery needs replaced - Changed - but of no use just comes on for couple of seconds and goes off. Need to search for info now!

Only those who suffer with Fedex services will know the pain. As I type this I am put on hold by their support team. 8 PM is scheduled delivery. Even prior to the time I get a exception message stating that customer not available. I am call for more than 10 min now (i guess). They are not able to... answer me. I have a dependency on the courier to be received. My whole week of plans are now depends on what reply I get. Lets see international company service quality now. Amendment : Call got over - 25 mins call. Just to say the courier person will call and update. I have given an alternate number also for contacting me so that they do not tell we tried and we could not reach the customer. Guys just international brand does not suffice for guarantee of quality service. Let me tell I have got the best services with DTDC. Many a times they clearly state that they cannot take the courier as they cannot commit for premium delivery for specific areas. That is quality for me. Read More

I will I read this before I spent hard earned money - waiting today for delivery and customer care just cut the phone - of course not for shoe rack, but for cot and study tables. They do not understand what customer is asking for!

Wow - I think Tata Sky is not worried about customers. So many people expressing their frustration and nothing is happening. I did get a call today after sending mail to help@tatasky.com. Got an assurance that it will be resolved in 4 hours and nothing happened.

You are not alone in the crusade. Yes not able to reach customer care. Today I did reach one of them only to be told you are a premium customer and will transfer to respective department - only to be transferred somewhere where I was asked to dial 1 for credit card recharge and 2 for debit card rech...arge. I think it is not worth waiting and will go for change of service provider. To me 'Tata' is no more a respected brand. Read More

Not sure if it was the same Swapnil calling from a Mumbai Number, who tried to convince me to stay back. I did try to give one more chance, but the worst part is, the following day or so there was a call to me and the guy really irritated me. I decided not to stay back.

I am also struggling hard to get my services terminated. They have sent a bill too. I pay for static IP, Nothing done till now. Also within days of subscribing, had many issues with the CC. Called up and asked for termination. Still not terminated. Following up with them. now. Just was ...searching if others had problems and looks like there are many of them like me. Well after two or so after posting the previous update, just a day or two I got a follow up call and I was told that they traced out and the payment would reflect and the policy will not be marked as lapsed and payment would updated as if made earlier itself. Was happy atlast it was being updated.... After few days I just called up CC and asked what is current status and I was told that the policy had lapsed. I asked the CC to check the history on this ticket and I was told that they had received the payment on 20th Jan and he mentioned another date 22nd, asked him why such a confusion, he told he will ask the same person who followed up from the complaints department to get back to me. He never knew what was told to me. I insisted that he note down all numbers, I provide for contacting and he did. The funniest part the next day I got a call while driving the vehicle. (lunch time) The moment I reached home gave a call back, no response, but an recorded voice response to leave a message. I did leave all details and yet to receive a call. Read More
