I have never seen a clew less, arrogant and "no use" customer service like that of Tata Sky. Completely unreliable service, huge down time and no timely resolution of issues. Also the engineering staff, customer service and nodal officers are so very complacent and autocratic in their handling of customer issue.
These are clear signs of a sinking business. My earnest suggestion to all .please stay away from this service.
