I have been contacted by Kushboo Sharma from Pepperfry escalation team yesterday after 11 days since I got an assurance of call back from pepperfry on mouthshut . She assured me my product will be delivered and she will look into it on priority and I don't have to contact customer care any more. She... told me she will be dropping an email to me and providing her landline number on which I can contact her directly and track the status and she will personally be handling this. But it's more than 24 hours since the call and I haven't gotten a single email from her leave alone the number I can talk to get the status. If this is the case of your escalation team, I completely understand the quality of your service you are providing. i.e. Pathetically bad. I have gotten 1 of the three boxes which was supposed to be delivered and it is consuming a hell lot of space in my living room and I am waiting on the other two to arrive. This has been the worst experience I ever had with any retailer so far and Pepperfry will succeed in making the consumers lose faith and confidence in online shopping.Read More

I have spent INR 18411, I have asked for order cancellation due to super delay in the delivery. haven't received a single response from you guys. Every chat I had with Pepperfry customer care representatives, they d...on't have any authority other than chatting with us. They can't take ownership and can't send an email to me stating whole issue and providing assurance in email of what they said in chat. You can't deliver product on time and refund reference 0979408, which is till unanswered from your team. What a great customer experience that you are providing. I had a similar experience today. The Sofa Cum Bed that I ordered about a month back was to be delivered today(Today was the delivery deadline). When contacted their customer care they said only 2 of the 3 boxes have arrived and will take longer. The delivery guy has been calling since last two days... and pushing the dates giving some or other excuses instead of informing that the complete shipment hasn't arrived. Buying from Pepperfry is gamble, you may or may not get the product on time, this was my first and last experience with Pepperfry, which has been very disappointing. I strongly do not recommend buying anything expensive from these guys. Anything inexpensive do it at your own risk.Read More
