I am a Tata Sky Subscriber since 2010 and never had any major issues with their service till 1st April 2015.
But on 1st April 2015 they thought of giving me an April Fool present by gifting no signal and made fun of me for using their service for such a long period and presented me with such a long lasting gift by telling me that I deserve that for being such a fool to use their service since 2010.
They are thinking I being such an old customer and haven't called them often so they missed me so much they have had me chat with their customer care on all weekends since 1st April and they like me so much that they haven't fixed the issue even after 19 days.they miss me so much.
If you really want to be part of such a loving Tata sky please subscribe to their services else like me if you are diabetic to that much sweetness then that isn't good so I have told them even though I have six month's plan but your sweetness is going to kill me so please have at least my connection disconnected and I being little harsh to your sweetness and kindness so please refund my remaining days amount which as per their policy is not allowed.
So sarcasm apart, I recommend not to go for any long term plan because it's a trap and you will never have your money returned if they don't provide you any service and you wish to disconnect.
