Sounds like a one off case and a bad experience.10 dents and you didnt notice...??!! I would say you are not a smart guy. Atleast you should have set the expectation that you will get back to them after checking in broad daylight. You shouldnt have taken the delivery in dark. I have been giving my v...ehicle here for servicing for the last 4 times and i do agree that they give you the feedback form even before you take the delivery. But i have always taken the form and the supervisor along with me to the car and filled it in front of him. I have had no issues so far with these guys. But I have heard the residency road and ORR centers are very bad. ORR was good in Sales..from where i got my i10.JP Nagar branch has always reminded me and taken up appointment from me. I had a complete battery discharge once and my car didnt start. One phone call and they sent a person in 15 mins. That was so cool. I think everyone will have something to crib. But if you compare the service with other centers and other dealers, these guys are much much better.Read More

FYI, i was apprehensive when i read the reviews here in Mouthshut. But i felt they were nice to me and the...y were good with the servicing also. Now, if you question why 2 days for servicing, i cant answer. We can only judge based on what they communicate. They had huge number of vehicles lined up and i saw the chart inside. I have an i10 and it is fantastic. And i wanted to understand if anyone else has any problems in i10. This review was pretty bas and not useful at all.
