I own a Hyundai Accent GVS 2004 model which I gave for a
paid service at Advaith JP Nagar, Bangalore service center. Their service is pathetic for the following reasons:
1)I was finally delivered the vehicle very late on the same day at
around 6:30 pm. I paid the bill. But
unfortunately due to lack of daylight, I could not check the vehicle
exteriors properly at the service center. On reaching my house, I was
shocked to find that there are several dents on the body above the
frontwheel of the vehicle on both sides. There are at least 10 small
dents on each side. I am 100 % sure that the dents were not present
before service. And I am sure it was done during the suspension check.
Besides this, the people there get the billing done & feedback
collected before the customer even gets a chance to have a look at the
vehicle after service. This is extremely unfair!
2)Besides this, the cleaning of the vehicle was not at all done
well. There was dust on the IP & visible dirt on the windscreen.
Cleanliness is the first thing a customer will look for after service.
I have talked to Advaith customer care & also their service
managers. They say that the damage has not been caused by them. They
have not given me any practical solution. They instead suggested that I
claim the damages from my insurance company, which is ridiculous.
I am completely disappointed with the service after paying quite a large sum as service charges. I suggest the following if you are dealing with Advaith:
1)AVOID going to them.
2)Don't do the mistake of not thoroughly checking your vehicle before you accept delivery (before you pay, that is).
3)Check before giving them your car for any damage already present. Later on they will claim all additional damages as existing before service.
