Reliance or their collection agents are doing this. If you have paid dont worry about anything and tell them to file a case. Rather file a counter case against these dickheads for mental harassment.

Devyansh - if you see the opinions are divided and this remains true for each and every product. For automobiles it depends on how your drive them in the run-in period, maintain it and drive outside the run-in period. I know many who during the run-in period rev the bike till the end of the rpm spec...trum and then complain that they have problems. If you do not follow company instructions on maintaining the bike you should not complain either. I have had all the bikes in the 150 cc segment and the most recent is the apache 160 FI (purchased a second hand). I will tel you what the problems are -
Honda - servicing is a real pain all through. You need to book the servicing appointment and still your bike is not delivered on time. Sometimes the parts come out lose. Some of my friends had the unicorn and both had some issues which was not completely rectified in the services either. Parts are also expensive but the ride quality is excellent.
Suzuki - service centers are very scarce and the number of vehicles sold are very less. So you never know when the product might get discontinued just like the earlier fierro. But ride quality is excellent and so is the fuel efficiency.
Hero Honda - mediocre products. CBZ has the same engine as the unicorn and both these engines tend to knock after sometime just like other bikes. SO nothing different. Good service center network but slightly expensive parts. Very good resale value
Bajaj - worst gear box in the history of automobiles be it the 150 or the 220. You drive it for long or high speed and your toes might break but the gear will not change. Best service center network and cheaper parts but the parts used are also cheap and would require frequent change. Also every Bajaj customer is a guinea pig for testing the product. They launch the product, take feedback from customer complaints, rectify the problems in the new product and relaunch it. Tooooo many of Bajajs on the roads leading to poor servicing .Read More

The bettery can easily be replaced since its in warranty. You do not mention why the service is bad.
