FYI i've been using tikona since jan not march. I wasn't informed about any renewal. i had called once when i got a bill summary with regards to my prepaid plan. i called your officer she asked me to ignore. Your officer called. i asked them to call on friday. they dint call so i called back but you... have some weird IVR that doesn't let use reach customer care. Your IVR kept me on hold for 7 minutes saying your wait time is 2 minutes. JUST the the thing off cancel my subscription. Done with you guys... Really tried. and when i get call again same IVR wait time is 5 minutes. And on what basis are you generating bill. i got a bill of 890 on what basis when i haven't used it. and asking you the get of the machine.Read More
