My plan has ended on 6th of Jan. haven't used it thereafter. I wasn't informed about any sort of extension of my plan or any sort of conversion to monthly or whatsoever.
I've complaint thrice about your service apparently according to TIKONA company fault is in my device. Hence I haven't complaint thereafter.
For the past year the service was bad internet would work slow and as always fault in my device.
FYI - Not Paying For any Bill. TAKE OFF THE BOX from my Grill.
And what end of back answering employees have you kept. Talk to them nicely they raise there voice and and answer back.
Sick and tried for the Calls.
