See in India 'customer service' is only a jargon. Only 5% of the companies (both government and private) would provide acceptable of level of services. 95% of the companies provide absolutely less than acceptable level of services. I will give some examples: 1. Tata Sky - probably one of the be...st of the worst 2. Venus water heaters - Bordering worst and acceptable 3. Voltas (another Tata company) - Lucky if you talk to some one in the company 4. Parryware - Customers are peace of dirt once they bought the product 5. Whirlpool - Who cares about the customers, they bought my elephant and stuch with it 6. Samsung - Customers are my last priority 7. BSNL - What, I never heard of Customer Sevice in my life. We Indians shout and scream,but these folks should be taken to the court. Because part of the pricing includes the after sales support for warranty period.
