I bought 2 Ton Daikin (3 Star) one month ago. First of all, I was not told that I had to pay extra for the copper pipe. All other manufacturers provide 4 meters of copper pipe as free. Within a month of installation the AC gas leaked and went dry. As soon as I made the complaint the same guy who installed the AC came and fixed the lead and recharged. At least he was kind enough to let me know that it might happen in 1 in 100 cases.
Though it was inconvenient for few days, the customer service was prompt to fix the problem.
