dear mr. liz thomas did u get the refund from the credit card company or the HDFC bank . what was outcome of your complaint . did the cyber police were able to catch the culprit. please post your outcome urgently as it is a very big issue for other customers. when u received email about approval of loan which u have not applied for, u should immediately filed an FIR with the nearest police station naming the branch manager of the ICICI bank in which u have account and upwards in this fraud with full details. The police will investigate the fraud and is l...aible to submit report. They will investigate and branch manager is answerable to it. ICICI works when their asses are on fire.
