A very well tailored and 'from-the-heart' review. I could so well relate myself to every word of yours, because I too have gone through almost 80% of what you have gone through. Yet to book my ritz in this week. Planning to book the VXI with ABS(Glistening Grey). Thought of going for the ZXI but sin...ce I am quite a In car entertainment freak, I didnt wanna blow 50k on a car stereo that I would be throwing out the moment I leave the showroom. Besides I could make do very well without the Steering tilt and driver seat height adjustments and steering mounted controls. Except for the dual airbags (which are a boon for any car) I am happy with the ritz . The interiors make u feel ur in an SUV or some sort and its sooooooo spacious. My 3 yr old daughter was jumping with joy when we sat inside the car in the showroom! haahaha..and the moment she luv'd it..so did I
I hopefully will present my next review after purchasing the ritzy..till then.. Cheers!! :)

Thank you so much for the valuable information sir. Actually i came to know about the QAB charges only now. Since my wife's a/c at ICICI bank is only a standby and we use it only for online purchases or tickets etc. Today after I deposited in her a/c , I was surprised to see, almost 900 Rs missing!!...! And then on finding out what it was I saw this QAB..and now I u'stand how these ppl so cunningly play around with your a/c. I guess its no use blaming these goons..we should always have some one knowledgable about these issues with us when opening a bank a/c.Read More

I dont know where u bought ur E72 from!??? But I did get from a genuine Nokia dealer about 4 months and so far I've had no issues at all !!!
The Keypads are much better than the E 63 and about the spacebar! I dont know wat more u need...if u want a bigger one, then I guess u'd better attach a PC K...eyboard to it!!
The rear panel has been rock solid and has never slid or broken off! Probably u must've not handled it properly or sometimes u might have meddled with it trying to open it and u must have broken some plastic portion.
The Navi button is perfect to use. U can adjust the sensitivity as ur requirement and Of course I'd agree that it is not as comfy as the blackberry's orbital trackball, this one feels different but the navibuttons around it do the trick and in an hour of using it, u can be comfortable using them.
Apart from the other issues, Ovi Store works perfectly well and i've downloaded some amazing free programmes that work well and have no problem at all
There is absolutely no issues with my E 72 at all that i'd complain about. Its just that u need to know how to use it properly and sensibly!!
And btw..as far as i remember, E 72 is shipped with an 8GB card and not a 4GB one!!! So are u sure u bought a NOKIA fone and not a NOIKA or wtvr!????Read More

Great detailed review. But there is much talk about Models made in Finland being 10 times better than the ones made in China. Any comments on that would be very useful! Thanks and Cheers
