Sad to see but their after sales service is the worst and major issue is that they hide behind an email id and dont give any option for escalation. They have taken customers for granted in India, we need some consumer cases to be filed for them to either correct or reimburse customers for their misc...ommunication and service faults.Read More

I have already cancalled the order on friday and i want you to atleast refund my money without making me run around like the way you did for me to get a response from your company about my order status. Any portal can face the situation of a product getting sold out and... there is little that can be done about it but my concern is not about the product delivery only it was about how you company handled a customer who wanted to do business with you, how insensitive you staff has been and lastly how blind and deaf you management was to not respond to even one out of 5 mails that had been copied to the CEO too.Read More
