I am very much aware of the fact that there back-end service is offered by GE.
I am really sorry for offending your feelings, but to tell you the truth, i feel, the card came to you when our nationalised banks were in the transition period. And as kbcP...atel says, there was hickups in the beginning, but the bank has bettered its services, not only terms of credit card but also I believe in regular banking sector...though branches are still a pain, the online portals and the security division of online system is pretty strong and safe.
I will say, positively, give a try again!
