My problem simply put was following: I just could not reach through to the helpline number of Airtel broadband. I tried for hours. The call would get disconnected after I press '9' to speak to the agents. I think this is truly sad that a mobile telephony company doesn't have a helpline number... which can be reached easily. And Varun, I agree with your observation that CC execs get rid of you if you talk longer. That is because they are rated on the duration of calls. longer the calls, lower ratings they get on performance.
