Or they will send youmillion telephone reminders about the due date of your bill. Well, I know Jacksyou need to improve your ARPU but don't treat your customers like worms. Because you know who feeds on worms!
But look who am I talking to. It's a small town family business. It will alway sremain so. And it is not surprising that Indian brands are invariablylooked down upon across the world. And brands such as Airtel only add to thismagic. Carry on, Airtel; you have nothing to lose but customers!
