Actually, after driving the SKODA RAPID MT for almost 3 years and 71000+ KM's, believe that this is one of the best cars in this segment- but with one of the worst service back up. The guys at their service centre have no clue as to how to rectify issues.I had sent the car for (only for) the first s...ervice. IT came back with an hand brake issue. This was not resolved till the vehicle had undergone 2 more services and a lots of additional costs! Ultimately SKODA engineers adviced changing the hand brake Cable (not in stock with the dealer) which sorted out the issue. Similarly no parts are in stock with dealer and I am still waiting for a wiper blade 6 months after requesting a change!!!
My advice stay away from SKODA! Sadly!Read More

The car has been sent to Concorde Motors on ECR Road for 3rd Service on 26th December 2011 after a road side break down. TIll date it has not been delivered back! tata and Concorde are totally unresponsive- SUGGEST NEVER EVER BUY A TATA VEHICLE!

Its unbelievable! The car got delivered a good 18 days after it went for its 30K service- came back without the music system and Blue and Me working! Till date (3/6/11) Concorde have not bothered to set it right inspite of many reminders. I believe they have cheated us and delivered an used or an ex... demo car. Absolutely no question of any exaggeration. Concorde have given me a lifetime guarantee for any leakage in the Fuel tank and for any problem with AC. All issues are documented both with FIAT, CONCORDE, TATAMOTORS and FIAT INTL in the loop. We have suffered and continue to. The Car was delivered to u...s on 17th Night after the 2nd service- a good fortnight after it was supposed to be. Certainly the smallest of Speed Breaker, Stone or pothole hits the underside of the car- sure it must be your experience too!

I am very surprised at the way product ratings are made on this forum. A quick glance through all the comments on this product 'Chevrolet Cruze' appears doctored and against the company. Are its rivals trying to push a good product out? I have just made a decision on purchasing another car as this w...as beyond my budget, but was certainly very impressed with the cruze. Then when I looked at the reviews here, I was surprised. While I sympathize with the person who was treated badly by GM, it is no reflection on the product. The information is important, but let me stress no reflection on the product. Then there is someone else who makes sweeping statements like '----- a maruti 800' I wonder if he actually owns a cruze! Almost 2 years ago, I had written about the problems we had in getting a Reliance Connection and then getting it to work after making full payment.
This is what happened thereafter:
We had major problems with Voice Quality and almost 75% call drops. Complaints were not attended to and all wri...tten complaints got two standard responses. First saying our complaint would be addressed within 48 hours and the second saying the complaint had been addressed!!! You got it- This after nothing had happened,
12 months after paying promptly for their substandard service, we got their Monthly bill- which, in hindsight, seemed lower than Normal. We paid this well within the due date. What occurred next was unbelievable: A Collection agent called and spoke very rudely about 'Non Payment' when all details were given to him, he seemed satisfied and said he would do the needful. Thereafter a couple of 'Dada's' walked into our office and threw their weight around- On being shown the proof of payment and also the bank debit- they went away. However, the next day ALL OUR LINES WERE DISCONNECTED for non payment!!!!!!!
Nobody has explained till today why??
Immediately we paid up what was demanded, made a fresh application with other service providers and then returned all our Reliance connections. We obtained a receipt and a No Dues from them.
6 months down the Line, each month we are getting Goonda type of guys demanding payments for Invoice(s) which were never raised or are not due!! This month they walked in with 4 people without any ID cards and refused to give their names and said they would not leave unless we paid!!! On threatening to call the police they left.
Complaint verbally yeilded no results- a written complaint via the web resulted in the same two replies!!!!!
I now leave it to all of you to decide whether or not each and every one of you should return your Reliance Connection and completely boycott this highly unprofessional and unethical Read More
