I have been trying to get 14k refunded back to my bank account which they deducted post cancellation of SIP.

Hi,
None of your CC team contacted me. Also its disconnected twice again. When I try calling CC, they ask me to upgrade plan. This is completely insane. Check my recent chat with CC on 16th feb 2016.

Its been very routine for me to call Tikona CC once in a week (minimum), sometimes 2-3 times. Everytime I call, its corrected in 15 min. But why is that.
Its like I have to call CC overtime to connect.
I would have called 30 times in last few months. Check call records. This in one the poorest CC experience I ever have to face and I started smiling everytime it disconnects. Am trying to understand how a company like Tikona is not capable of solving this.
Also stop sending automated frequent calls before due date to pay, this makes your service worse. On one end am complaining and your not able to rectify for months, on other end you automated calls are on time.
If you can put same amount of effort in collecting bills to giving proper service, i wouldn't be wasting my time writing this.
Do google 'how to provide better customer experience' for tips and tricks.
