Hi i bought samsung DWFN320T/TXTL on 12 th of april. Had the installation on 14th.i got a leakage error and couldnt use the dishwasher.the drum was leaking.after complaints to samsung service team,they sent a technician to look into it.he said its a manufacturing defect and that i am entitled for a... replacement of the unit from the company.although the support team here in bangalore have been very helpful and prompt,i checked on various sites on the issue and saw that there are lot of complaints.i did not want to take chance and asked the dealer to give me a store credit as i did not want to go ahead with samsung dw as it seems to be having lot of problems.i have ordered seimens DW.seimens is 33 k with the same features and is known for its quality.3 relatives of mine have been using seimens for the last 7 years and have not had any complaints.Read More

Hi finally after 3 months of thought process and analysis i bought a samsung FN320 dishwasher.today the technician installed it.after 50 minutes,it showed LE error.i didnt expect this on day one.the service person said he will come tomorrow and check.could anyone help me out with this problem.was it... a wrong desicion to buy samsung ?Read More

Thank you Nilanjana ! i have put off my plans of buying the dishwasher as there is lot of powercut here in Bangalore and if the dishwasher does not have the memory feature then it will use up more water and will also need to load the detergent too again.I did a test run on seimens DW,but was not hap...py with it.wish samsung had a memory feature built into it :(.Thanks anyway for the useful reply :)Read More

Hi, I did try using a seimens dishwasher that was at my cousins place.I was not happy with the washing.I purposely left the rice vessel unscrubbed(removed the rice peices and only rinsed it).After wash ,i could still see the traces of the starch sticking to the vessel and i had to rescrub it.

Hi Thanks for the feedback on samsung dishwasher.Although i have a concern.i have read in the previous reviews that the memory function of samsung dishwasher does not work if the power goes off in the middle of the cycle.Any inputs on that point ?

Hi, Please help me with some more inputs on samsung dishwasher.as i see you have purchased it a year back.is it still going fine ? Would you recommend me in buying a samsung dishwasher ? The person at the store told me , for samsung we dont need to add dishwashing salt and it would be better if we... have a external water softener device attached at the water inlet.is that true ?
