I agree with you.On top of all the bullshit that comes along with the connection like regular connection loss,pathetic non toll free helpline(which is more like no-helpline) they have gone ahead and added costliness to their list of cons.It seems to me like they are trying to drive away the existing... customers along with any people remotely interested in becoming new ones.I finally got through the billing dept. of the said helpline and they told me I have to pay extra Rs.788 for getting the same speed connection.And to add insult to injury every time I pay I have to make sure not to cross the limit of 5gb download or they will once again downgrade the speed.I finally realized that Hathway Broadband only wants to extort money from its unlimited plan users under the pretext of fair usage policy so I urge people to consider companies like 5net and Nivyah rather than selecting this stupid pack of thieves who are literally robbing thier customers.Read More
